Samyang Biopharm will be participating at AMWC Global 2020 to promote the excellence of its thread lift product Croquis. Croquis is a line drawing technique that describes an object or person in a short period of time. Based on such brand motive, Croquis provides natural and safe solution to stay young and beautiful.

2020 marks AMWC’s 18^th annual session. While the event was originally scheduled in April, this year’s event was postponed to November due to COVID-19. AMWC Global 2020 will be a hybrid congress with both on/offline symposia from November 5^th to 7^th.

At this event, Samyang Biopharm will be presenting video demonstration and clinical results with Croquis alongside global KOL’s. On the first day(Nov 5^th), Dr. Kang Seung Hoon(President of 4 Seasons Clinic, South Korea) will be presenting a procedural technique using Croquis threads. More specifically, Dr. Kang will be providing an in-depth insight on how to achieve the best results with different patients using different techniques.

On the second day(Nov 6^th), Drs. Henry Delmar(France) and Hema Sundaram(USA) will be presenting the ongoing clinical study held in France and rheological data to show the close relationship between biomechanical characteristics of a threads and clinical results. Samyang Biopharm, since early 2020, focused on working closely with global KOL’s in acquiring useful data to prove that floating type threads are not necessarily inferior to non-floating type threads and that the mechanical components of the thread itself can determine what makes a good thread.

Results showed that floating type threads can show equivalent results compared to non-floating type threads while providing less bleeding and downtime. Both KOL’s evaluated Samyang’s Croquis as the best PDO threads so far to maintain its effect over time. Samyang Biopharm is expected to officially present its final data in January 2021.
